Send us your idea, references, preferred size, colours, materials and anything else you already know.
02 | WE TALK IT THROUGH
We'll discuss what's possible, clarify the details and work out exactly what you want created.
03 | QUOTE & CONFIRMATION
You'll receive a quote based on the design, materials, complexity and work involved. Your order is only confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
04 | INTO THE WORKSHOP
Your curiosity is made. Because this is handmade work, creation times vary depending on the project and current workload.
05 | READY TO LEAVE THE CABINET
Once complete, we'll arrange collection or delivery and your finished creation heads home to you.
Custom work is quoted individually. Sending a request does not commit you to placing an order.
BEFORE YOU SUMMON SOMETHING
Every curiosity behaves a little differently.
Custom pieces are handmade and may have small natural variations. These are part of the character of handmade work rather than factory-produced uniformity.
HANDMADE MEANS UNIQUE
Turnaround depends on the complexity of your request, materials required and the Cabinet's current workload. An estimated timeframe will be discussed before your order is confirmed.
TIME IN THE WORKSHOP
Custom work is individually quoted. Depending on the project, a deposit or payment may be required before materials are purchased or work begins.

We can work from your ideas and reference material, but some requests involving another creator's artwork, patterns, characters or intellectual property may be limited by what we're legally permitted to reproduce or sell.
